Snow Lotus Avatar

Śri’-verā is a teenage trainee of humble origins with slow-progressing skills. She works as a kitchen hand at the Himalayas Practice House of The Book of the Dead while spending seven years learning Sanskrit mantras from her guru, Rainbow-Share. Amidst her daily chores—part of the temple’s one-meal-a-day tradition—Śri’ spends her time wandering the secluded valleys with her loyal companion, a shepherd dog named Drakos. Together, they seek out sacred meditation caves and ancient tomb sites. However, on the Yin-Yang Year of the Jade Chakra Dragon (equivalent to 1.1.2025), Śri’ is tragically killed in an avalanche—an attack orchestrated by The Shatterer Enchantree Concubine Crone. In retaliation for Śri’s intrusion, the Concubine Crone summoned three shapeshifter goblins and Brikka: the thousand-year-old fox spirit, the jade avatar of the musical string, and the nine-headed pheasant. Miraculously, Śri’ is pulled back from the brink of death by her devoted companion Drakos and the rare Himalayas Snow Lotus Avatar—an ancient flower that blooms only once in eons. (It last appeared in the 21st century BCE on 999,999.1.1 BCE, in the 1st century AD on 99,999.1.1 AD, and, by sheer fate, in 2025.1.1.) For an unknown reason, Drakos undergoes a transformation, gaining supernatural powers, while Śri’ develops the ability to take on an avatar form unseen by others. With this newfound power, she receives assistance in advancing her training and uncovering her true purpose. Yet, she suddenly finds herself trapped in the fragile form of the Snow Lotus, with no clear way out. Desperate, she must unravel the mysteries within The Heaven Book—an Artifact Book of the Tome she took from the Concubine Crone—as well as half the lost version of The Book of the Dead. Answers lie hidden in both, but time is running out. Śri’ must act fast, for her new life was not given for her sake alone. Perils lurk at every corner, and even as a reincarnated lotus, she is far from safe. Snow Lotus Avatar and her training in awakening the consciousness-light of the chakra points may be the only means to safeguard her new universe—but first, she must survive long enough to try.
