A school-bus gets sucked into a dark forest. Deadly monsters lurk around every corner. They look almost human, but they are anything but. Humanity struggles for survival. So while "Monsters and Maidens" is finished, the story is continued on Alchimia Rex, implementing a tighter narrative (less meandering, less pov switching, etc), and all the other tweaks and tricks.
