Simon is a typical professional eSports playing teenager in a world that contains superpower and the resultant superheroes, supervillains, and supermonsters. When his tournament is attacked by one said supermonster, he gains Gamer-like progressive LitRPG powers.  He now has to navigate the trials and tribulations of a cape life all the while trying to level up and complete quests that his not always very helpful, trolling power presents to him.Julia is a typical teenager going through a rough time and visiting the mall the tournament is held at. She gains powers at the same time as Simon during the attack. She deals with loss of family and surviving the wrecked city together with her cluster-trigger mate. This is a fanfiction based in the Parahuman Series universe by Wildbow, using new original characters in a different city. This first book is actually already complete on other sites, and book 2 is ongoing. The additional leads feature more primarily in book 2, and also shifts to Brockton Bay and involves interactions with canon characters.
